The Challenge
Woolroom create beautiful bedding and homeware, using natural wool as an alternative to man-made products. However, although they had a loyal base with those that suffered from poor sleep, they weren’t reaching out to new consumers. I worked with them on a new strategy, moving the brand from a ‘problem solver’ to one centred on luxury and desire. This resulted in a full rebrand, ad campaigns in national and local print, and social campaigns. From this we then created naming conventions for their new lines which embraced the spirit of the new direction, as well as product labelling, packaging design, and in-store video.




Reception
After launch, brand interaction across all social channels increased. The brand went from having a few hundreds of thousands of followers to over a million in just a few months.
